Marina O’Rourke, Fractional CIO with Tsource IT specializing in strategy and change management, joins Rebecca Monet and Tracy Kawa on this week’s episode of The Franchise Woman Podcast: Where Passion & Purpose Collide.
Marina believes that technology can be a strategic asset that can drive profitability for franchisors and franchisees.
Marina’s technology, data mining skills and out of the box thinking helped Subway become PCI compliant by installing encrypted card readers at each location – a feat that required lobbying the PCI Security Standards Council, getting vendor buy-in and an orchestrated roll out plan. Ultimately this benefited Subway franchisees greatly.
