Patricia Perry, VP of Franchise Development at Edible Arrangements joins Rebecca Monet and Tracy Kawa on this episode of The Franchise Woman podcast: Where Passion & Purpose Collide.
The theme of this interview was Educate and Empower. Patricia believes it’s our responsibility to make women and minorities aware of the career and business ownership opportunities in franchising.
One of my favorite quotes form Patricia was:
“Talent is equally distributed but opportunity is not.”
This is Patricia in a nutshell: She has an eye for opportunity. She is fearless. She tends to rise to the top. She feels duty bound to empower and educate others to reach their full potential.
