Now, in her role at FRM, she uses her insight to consult with other franchisors on CRM utilization and industry best practices.
Cassidy proudly serves on the IFA’s Women’s Franchise Committee and is a dedicated member of the Southeast Franchise Forum and the Atlanta Chapter of the Women’s Franchise Network.
