The Franchise Woman is quarterly digital magazine that empowers women as they navigate the franchising space by providing relevant news, tools, advice and inspiration. We are a resource for women who are seeking to own their own businesses, improve their existing businesses, find creative solutions and take advantage of franchise opportunities. We feature women in the business who best exemplify our ideals and have something to teach our readers.

In addition to our exclusive articles relating to the female entrepreneur, we will also profile different brands that are geared for women along with profiles of the franchise women that have made a difference in the franchising world.

Women have become the fastest growing sector in business ownership and have become a powerful, influenceable force fueling the economy, The Franchise Woman will give you the news that is relevant to you and affects your decisions along with unbiased opinions that will take you down the path of successful franchise ownership.

By women, for women and about women, we are The Franchise Woman.

OUR TEAM

Rebecca Monet – Behavioral Scientist, Publisher and Co-host

Rebecca Monet is CEO and chief scientist of Zorakle Profiles, and the publisher of The Franchise Woman magazine and co-host of our sister podcast Where Passion & Purpose Collide. Monet has been in the franchise consulting and psychometric assessment business since 1993. Monet is known for her uncanny ability to draw performance correlations. She is fascinated with neurology, neuroeconomics and human performance as it relates to business success.

Rebecca is the inventor of the meta-analysis methodology used in Zorakle’s SpotOn! Profile and SpotOn! Eclipse Reports which categorically compare prospective franchisees to a franchise system’s top performers. This meta-analysis approach provides insights no singular profile, survey, algorithm or assessment can, and has changed the way in which franchise companies recruit and select franchisees.

Zorakle tools provide franchise companies a means to reduce training, support and litigation costs while increasing franchisee satisfaction, validation and performance. They have helped thousands of individuals desiring to own their own business find a right-fit franchise system. A business in which they have the highest likelihood of success and satisfaction.
